You can39;t just change your appointment date. If you can39;t make it your scheduled day, you need to cancel and then set up a new time. You can book a new appointment for a Monday that39;s two weeks away or for the same day if you need it sooner. And just so you know, Evusheld can be given in muscles other than the buttocks, even though it was tested in the buttocks for preventing and treating COVID-19.

You can get the certificate at the registration desk for new patients the first floor, near the self-pay kiosk.
